Refund Policy
In the event a learner withdraws his/her enrolment, course fees will be refunded as follows upon receipt of the learner's written notice of withdrawal:

Refund Processing & Notification
If Approved:
The refund will be processed and issued within 30 days.
The learner will receive an official confirmation upon refund completion.
If Rejected:
The learner will be notified within 5 days with a clear explanation of the reason for rejection.
Appeal Policy
Learners are allowed to appeal against assessment outcome or request for reassessment by writing in with detailed grounds for appeal / request for reassessment within 1 week of the date of assessment to the Training Manager.
All appeal must be lodged in with written letter/email and a S$50.00 appeal fee.
The Appeal Panel is responsible for reviewing and giving a decision on appeals against a “Not Yet Competent” (“NYC”) award. The final outcome as set down by the Appeal Panel is to be abided to by all parties.
Attendance & Assessment
SSG requires all learners to take attendance using e-attendance via Singpass. Please download the Singpass App and set up an account (if this was not done previously) for e-attendance taking before the course start date. Kindly note that all learners are required to achieve a minimum of 75% attendance and be certified competent in all the assessment components.
Should any learner fail to meet the attendance/assessment requirements and/or terms and conditions of SSG's funding, he/she will not be eligible for the course fee funding and will have to bear the full course fees.
